Food Experience: Po’ Boy

14 Dec 2008Did some work at the Roadhouse this afternoon and Fabian treated me to a Po’ Boy sandwich. I ordered it with fried oysters – you can choose that, shrimp, catfish, or all three – served on a Bakehouse hogie roll with mayo, cabbage, and Cornman pickled green tomato. Delicious!
