Billie, Elph, Jillian, Kathleen, and I went to New York this past weekend.  It was a whirlwind 48-hour trip, the highlight of which was dinner at Babbo.  We enjoyed an 8 course tasting menu with wine pairings - it
was the most indulgent meal I’ve ever had…debaucherous, really.  We’ll add more info about the trip, but until then, here’s the menu:
