IT Site Presence

We’ve revised the rules for our IT Site Presence game.

Vision: Every business sees at least 4 of the 5 IT staff coming through every week – sometimes just to check in and sometimes to work on a problem. The business staff feel like they have an ongoing relationship with the IT staff because of the frequent interactions.

Objectives: Each IT staff person should attempt to get to every business each week for a walk through or meeting or problem solving mission and the visit should include some time checking in casually with staff and managers.

Measurement: Each IT staff person will report which businesses they went to – because we are aiming for 80%, any business can be missed once, but not more than once. Success is in having all 8 businesses touched by at least 4 people.
