Joanie wins Ticket of the Year!
We get some pretty awesome tickets in our help desk, and we like to nominate some of them as ‘ticket of the week.’ We even pick a winner from the nominees at our huddle. The whole lot of ‘ticket of the week’ nominees and winners from fiscal year 2007-08 were re-examined last week so that we could award Ticket of the Year.
After careful consideration, the Ticket of the Year was awarded to Joanie Mallory. Joanie submitted ticket 6017, “OT Emergency” on April 26 informing us that the reservation system, OpenTable, had become damaged and was no longer working. It was graduation weekend, a record setting week, and the Roadhouse was slammed with reservations. OT service techs wouldn’t be available until Monday. Elph jumped in, put in work, and got OT back in (limited) action; Roadhouse made it through the weekend.
It stood out as a clear winner that week. And among the ten finalist considered for Ticket of the Year, it stood out again. When told of her award, Joanie thanked OpenTable for giving her the opportunity to start a trouble ticket with ZingIT.
